Youth Global Network supports refugees and asylum seekers through the Global Youth Connect (GYC) programme. GYC is an inclusive glocal youth community of local Hong Kongers, mainland Chinese, and refugees and asylum seekers.

GYC promotes a sense of belonging through building friendship and reducing isolation, supporting members’ burden of tackling social discrimination, and through social integration foster a greater sense of positive identity.

 

GYC aims at contributing and integrating members into a new community, and restoring their dignity and self-worth.
